What time is check-in? +
Check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm and is self-service: you receive the instructions before arrival and can complete online check-in. Check-out is by 10:30 am.
Is there a reception desk? +
There is no reception desk on site. You can reach us by phone and WhatsApp, and the Info Point in Via A. Diaz 3b is open from 9 am to 9 pm.
Where is breakfast served? +
With rates that include it, breakfast is served at Bar Illy in Via Rossini 2, a short walk away, from 8:30 to 11 am: just show up.
Can I leave my luggage? +
Yes: in the free lockers in the 3rd-floor corridor. If they are full, the Info Point in Via A. Diaz 3b stores luggage free of charge from 9 am to 9 pm.
Is there a lift? +
Yes, the suites are on the 3rd floor and the building has a lift.
How much is the city tax? +
In 2026 the Trieste city tax is €3.00 per night for each adult guest.
How do I get here from the station? +
Trieste Centrale station is about 650 m away, around ten minutes on foot. By taxi: the rank is at the side exit on Viale Miramare (radio taxi +39 040 307730).
